1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GodsKids.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Children may only use GodsKids.ai through an account set up by their parent or guardian. By creating a parent account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your family.

2. About Our Service

GodsKids.ai provides AI-powered tutoring services rooted in a Biblical worldview. Our AI tutor uses the Socratic teaching method — asking guiding questions rather than giving direct answers — to help children learn and think critically while embracing Christian values. The platform is operated by Timely Church LLC, a Texas company, as a ministry of TimelyChurch.

The service is designed for children and is intended to be used under parental supervision. It covers subjects including math, science, history, writing, and more, always from a perspective that honors Scripture and Christian faith.

3. AI-Generated Content

All tutoring responses on GodsKids.ai are generated by artificial intelligence. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI responses are generated in real-time and are not pre-reviewed or approved by human educators or theologians.
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that does not perfectly align with your family's specific values or beliefs.
• GodsKids.ai is not a substitute for school, professional tutoring, or licensed educational services.
• While we configure our AI to align with Christian values and the Socratic teaching method, no AI system is perfect, and responses may not always reflect every family's specific theological convictions.
• We do not guarantee any particular educational outcome from using the service.
• Parents should regularly review their children's chat history and supervise AI interactions.

4. Accounts and Registration

• Parent accounts are required. Children cannot create their own accounts. A parent or legal guardian must register and manage all child accounts.
• Parents are responsible for their children's use of the service, including ensuring children use it appropriately and safely.
• Keep your email current. Your email address is used for magic-link login and important notifications including safety alerts. If you lose access to your email, you may lose access to your account.
• One active session per child account is permitted at a time, for security purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your child's login credentials. If you believe a child's account has been compromised, please reset the password immediately from your parent dashboard.

5. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• Free trial: New accounts receive 100 free messages and a 7-day trial period to explore GodsKids.ai before committing to a paid plan.
• After the free tier is exhausted or the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
• Subscription plans available include Starter (up to 2 children), Family (up to 5 children), and Large Family (up to 8 children).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your parent dashboard. No cancellation fees apply.
• Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain access until the period ends but will not receive a prorated refund.

6. Acceptable Use

GodsKids.ai is a family-friendly platform. To keep it safe and beneficial for all families, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent safety filters or content restrictions built into the platform.
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your immediate family.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our AI models, prompts, or underlying technology.
• Misrepresent your identity, your relationship to a child, or a child's age when creating accounts.
• Use the service in any way that could harm, exploit, or endanger children or other users.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without refund, at our sole discretion.

7. Parent Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian using GodsKids.ai, you accept responsibility for:

• Supervising your children's use of GodsKids.ai to ensure it aligns with your family's values.
• Regularly reviewing your children's chat history through the parent dashboard.
• Responding promptly to safety alerts sent to your email address.
• Teaching your children not to share personal information (such as full name, address, school, or phone number) in chat messages.
• Keeping your account information current, including your email address.
• Ensuring that child login credentials are kept secure and not shared with others outside your family.

8. Privacy

Your use of GodsKids.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). We do not sell personal information and do not use children's data for advertising.

9. Intellectual Property

GodsKids.ai, including its name, logo, design, user interface, platform technology, and the underlying AI configuration and prompts, are owned by Timely Church LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any original content you upload to the platform, such as documents or images shared for tutoring purposes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content to your child as part of the tutoring session.

AI-generated tutoring responses are provided for your family's personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not commercially redistribute AI-generated content from our platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timely Church LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• We do not warrant that AI tutoring responses will be accurate, complete, error-free, or appropriate for every child or situation.
• We do not warrant that the service will be available without interruption or that technical issues will not occur.
• We make no warranties regarding educational outcomes, learning improvements, or academic results from using the service.
• We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Timely Church LLC's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately prior to the claim.
• In no event shall Timely Church LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• This includes, without limitation: any reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions or downtime, data loss, unauthorized access to your account, or failure to achieve any educational goal.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GodsKids.ai shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at and giving us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern. We will make a good-faith effort to work with you to find a fair resolution.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of GodsKids.ai after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
